As a general rule, professional cleaning by a certified firm should take place once per year. For extremely heavy traffic areas, cleaning may be required more often. Many stain resistant warranties require professional cleaning every 2 years. Proper professional cleaning will not leave a sticky residue behind and can be done as often as needed. Professional cleaning removes the damaging soil in traffic areas that vacuuming has not been able to remove.

Carpet Protection

Most companies use the same container for carpet protector as other cleaning agents. This can contaminate the carpet protector making it gummy and ineffective. Our vans have a dedicated container reserved only for carpet protector. Having this applied will dramatically reduce permanent stains, and will make your carpet look better. When you vacuum you will be able to remove more of the abrasive sands, and soils that wear a fabric, therefore making the piece last longer saving you money!
